A lot of people have asked me for this…so I decided to finally do something about it ^_^
The first two “Witchcraft” games, “Witchcraft 1” and “Witchcraft 2“, didn’t have a gallery mode. You can re-battle enemies, but this is of course not comparable to an actual gallery. Since these games were made differently with no gallery saves for it, I would either have to completely re-construct the games and re-release them (which would take away a lot of time that I’d rather spend on my other projects), or, I could add galleries as additional files that will work together with the game’s save file. I chose this option, and galleries have now been released as additional downloads on Ero-Mania ^_^
(The “Witchcraft” game series now has monthly updates on Ero-Mania, currently ongoing with “Witchcraft 3” ^_^)
Here’s some screenshots from the “Witchcraft 1 & 2” galleries (they are separate downloads):
I’m so happy to see this! Those games had some really neat animations and it was kind of sad not being able to watch them for the desired amount of length, plus the rebattles couldn’t let you choose the actions of the opponents. I’m also happy to see you included the story cg’s. Oh and I also liked that you could choose between different music tracks in this gallery ^-^
Thanks ^_^
Any chance we can get galleries for the other older games that do not have gallery options? Like the first Vanjas Worlds games and Lost Hearts? 🙂
I’ve been thinking about it, but I’m not sure how to do it though. With the Witchcraft games it was quite easy, since these games are already using save files. The older games, like the ones you mentioned, do not have save files, so it’s impossible to create an additional gallery that will know wether the player has completed the game or not…
If I were to create a gallery for these older games that do not use save files, then these galleries would be complete and run without any connection with the original games. Not a problem to do that, though…I just try to think of a more interactive way of doing them…
I would really like a gallery for Lost Hearts. I liked many of the pics and animated scenes there. I hope you’ll do it 😉
